Introduction Fees - Two weeks rent, NO VAT

This package includes viewing and advertising the property, once a tenant is found we will thoroughly reference them and their guarantors (if applicable), take a detailed photographic inventory and have contracts and other legal notices signed. Once the tenant moves in, the paperwork will be forwarded and the tenancy taken on by you.

Management Fees - 8% NO VAT

This package includes all the benefits of the introduction package but continues throughout the tenancy.  We regularly make inspection visits to the property making sure it is properly cared for,
